Room was excellent and location was unbeatable. We loved very helpful and nice stuff and host. The stay was really really nice and we would definitely go again.

The Ares Aparthotel was a great base for exploring Cluj-Napoca. The room had a comfortable big bed with both hypoallergenic and feather pillows. The roll-in shower was convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shopping places and public transport.

The location was ideal & magnificent. They had available central heating, pay TV and a laptop-size safe, loved that. Everything was great and I got ironing for free. The host made my stay very nice.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with two supermarkets nearby and a shopping mall just a short walk away. Additionally, there was a beautiful park nearby which was great for a leisurely stroll.

The walls in the apartments were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and coughing loudly. The cleanliness of the apartment was also not up to par, especially the kitchenware and the floor.

I recently stayed at Ares Aparthotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a modern and tasteful design. It was located conveniently next to two large stores, Kaufman's and Lidl, making it easy to pick up any necessities. Free parking was a great bonus. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, especially when I had an emergency and needed to retrieve my wallet from the apartment before my flight. The entire stay was pleasant and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Loved the free parking and WiFi, great for those who like water adventures and the water-park access is a bonus. The apartment was fabulous and had everything I needed, including a big comfy bed and a beautiful terrace. The host was very helpful.

Difficult access into the building due to broken PIN system, which required taking the stairs through the parking. One of the toiletries was half used.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is in a great location and the kitchen was a plus. We had the chance to meet the owner, who shared some really helpful tips with us. 😊

The location of the hotel is perfect, with the bus station nearby and supermarkets right at the entrance. The property is clean and comfortable, with a fresh smell that adds to the cozy atmosphere. The private parking is a great advantage for guests. Additionally, the excellent coffee and wide selection of pastries available at the nearby supermarket make for a satisfying breakfast option.

The staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills. It is inappropriate to rudely rush a pregnant woman out of her room without any diplomacy or understanding.

We were able to easily access taxi and bus stations, as well as enjoy the nearby shopping mall, cinema, and park. the apartment had great amenities, including a terrace with stunning views and a Lavazza espresso machine. the welcoming lady was extremely helpful and responsive, even coming to our rescue when we forgot our wallet before our flight. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 💯.

The Ares Aparthotel experience was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a nice size bathroom and a lovely balcony. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was great, and the temperature was just right. The atmosphere was superb, creating a cozy and comfy space. The apartment had excellent amenities, including a free parking spot in a closed underground garage. The access to groceries shops and a huge mall with cafe shops and plenty of food choices was a massive plus. I was also impressed by the accessibility for people with reduced mobility. Can't wait to return!
